Every reported error is corrected on the relevant article, and logged here: what was written, what it says now, and why the error happened. Nothing is deleted.
Why this page exists
A site that promises rigor and never shows an error proves only one thing: that it isn't looking for any. Publishing corrections is the only verifiable commitment a fact-based outlet can make.
